Man is angry when he discovers this note on SUV: But he immediately gets a counter
Australia - Notes on cars are currently on everyone's lips again, especially in Australia. Photos of the found objects are regularly shared on social media. A few days ago, user Mick Patten was annoyed on Reddit. The SUV on which the note was attached did not even belong to him.
Nevertheless, the man vented his anger in the "r/australia" group. The motto there is: "A dusty corner of the internet where you can chat about Australia and Australians."
And that's exactly what the Reddit user did: "Was at an event between the states at the weekend. Found this on the rear windshield wiper of a motel guest's vehicle. The parking lot was only about half full."
Patten posted two photos. One shows the car with its right side on a white line, beyond its own parking space.
The second photo shows the note with a passive-aggressive note and a coloring picture.
Users do not share Patten's opinion
"Many three-year-olds have trouble staying inside the lines. Maybe it will help you park if you practice coloring in this turtle," reads the cheeky text. The coloring turtle in question is also on the paper.
Patten didn't get on with it at all and immediately took the SUV owner to task, without quite knowing what had happened.
"For all we know, they needed the extra space for a passenger with a walking disability or had to park over the line because another vehicle was parked when they arrived," the man speculated.
Above all, however, he was annoyed by the perfect form: "Imagine how miserable it is to carry those printouts around with you when you're on the road."
However, many Reddit users did not share Patten's opinion and disagreed. The general tenor: you should park within the two lines - period. After all, the SUV driver could have let a supposedly disabled passenger out of the car before parking.
