Brutal murder of his ex (†15) - Teenager must spend life in prison!

Hexham (United Kingdom) - Brutal act after break-up! The then 16-year-old Logan MacPhail stalked his ex-girlfriend (†15) and murdered her with a knife after she broke up with him.

As reported by the BBC , MacPhail was sentenced to at least 17 years to life in prison for stabbing his ex-girlfriend, Holly Newton, to death. Now shocking details have come to light.

Police have released footage showing the boy stalking his ex-girlfriend Holly for 45 minutes before she reluctantly agreed to speak to him and follow him into an alleyway.

She paused for a moment before going after him, unaware that he had a knife with him.

The 16-year-old took advantage of this fateful decision and stabbed her 36 times.

On the day of her death, Holly was out with friends in the city while the 16-year-old secretly stalked her.

Alarming footage shows the boy stalking the 15-year-old before attacking her in an alleyway.

MacPhail stabbed the teenager so viciously that his knife broke.

Other people tried to save Holly, but to no avail. The 15-year-old succumbed to her injuries a short time later.

Holly Newton and Logan MacPhail had a toxic relationship in which they argued frequently and broke up several times. Six days before the murder, the girl had finally broken up with him.

At sentencing, the judge stated that MacPhail had been full of resentment and jealousy and had lured the 15-year-old into the alley to attack her out of sight.

MacPhail is said to have had great difficulty dealing with the break-up.
