Couple asks waiter for photo: what he does instead leaves them speechless

Dubai - Two Brits ask a waiter for a photo in Dubai: what sounds like the start of a joke ended up being one. Olivia Feltham (28) and her boyfriend Hadrian Mikniche (30) recently went on vacation to Dubai. There they treated themselves to breakfast in the world's tallest building, the Burj Khalifa. Naturally, the Londoners wanted a souvenir photo of this extraordinary moment. What the waiter did for them instead left them both speechless.

The couple weren't the only ones who were amazed when they saw what the waiter had created. Millions of TikTok users have now also taken a look at his work.

The man did not content himself with a simple photo, but instead shot a wild art clip full of ideas and changes of perspective (see below).

The curious video begins in a very classic way. The couple sit holding hands at the table, looking directly into the camera.

Fun fact: If they take a screenshot of it, as happened in this article, they already have their desired picture.

But the waiter has offered them much more!

TikTok video reaches an audience of millions within a few days

Suddenly, the camera moves towards the lovebirds. This is followed by jagged shots of details of the breakfast table, but also of the couple themselves. While the English smile a little pained, the waiter sets off a firework display of tracking shots, which at times is very hectic.

On the other hand, the Brits get something from him that they couldn't have expected, but which they can also use perfectly as a second. The artwork turned out to be a viral hit on TikTok, with around six million clicks and 1.1 million likes after just four days.

"I knew straight away that we would look so uncomfortable in the video. But it was so funny that I didn't mind. We wanted to burst out laughing, but we didn't want to offend the waiter," said Olivia Feltham in an interview with Newsweek this week.

At first, she was skeptical about publishing the video. But: "It's a great feeling to know that everyone is laughing with you," says the 28-year-old happily.
