Richmond (Virginia) - At least this man knew that things couldn't go on like this. The young guy was sitting in Thai Nguyen's salon in Richmond, Virginia last week. He played his cards right from the start - and the hairdresser immediately turned on his camera.

In the curious video, which was published on Nguyen's TikTok profile a few days ago, the customer sits uneasily on the chair. He is particularly bothered by his high forehead.

For this reason, he wants to "bring his hair forward" a little to conceal what is going on. "By the way, how old are you?" Nguyen wants to know from his guest.

"23," he replies - and is immediately met with astonishment by the hairdresser. "You're 23 and it's already starting on you," he says. The customer doesn't respond to this directly, preferring to make concrete suggestions on how he wants to conceal his hair loss.

The 23-year-old has a modern mullet in mind. Nguyen also likes this idea - so he gets to work.

The hair influencer leaves his guest's beard pretty much untouched. Instead, he shaves and cuts off a lot of his hair. "My boy got the modern mullet with a burst fade on the sides," Nguyen comments on TikTok.

If you look closely, you can see that the guest's eyebrows have also been plucked. The result is definitely impressive. But the customer is a little hesitant.

He is not sure whether his girlfriend will like the new look. Nguyen, on the other hand, is firmly convinced: "She'll love it!"

One thing is certain in any case: the clip has already received more than 330,000 clicks and tens of thousands of likes within four days.

So the new job has definitely paid off for Thai Nguyen.
