Fatal knife attack! 15-year-old stabs police officer, suspected act of terrorism
Bosanska Krupa (Bosnia and Herzegovina) - Bosnia and Herzegovina is shaken by a terrifying act of bloodshed! In Bosanska Krupa, a community of 25,000 inhabitants, two police officers were the victims of a knife attack late on Thursday evening . One of them was killed.

According to initial information, a 15-year-old entered the local police station in the village in the north-west of the country, not far from the Croatian border, at around 9 p.m. and suddenly stabbed two police officers.
One officer died on the way to hospital, another survived injured but is not in mortal danger. This was reported unanimously by several media outlets, citing the police and the public prosecutor's office.
The suspected perpetrator has been arrested.
Before the fatal attack, he had sent farewell messages to acquaintances, reports the Croatian news platform Index.hr, among others.
It is also claimed that the teenager acted out of religious conviction. However, this has not yet been officially confirmed by investigators.

"The public prosecutor's office has declared that the incident described has the characteristics of a criminal offense under Article 201 of the Criminal Code of the FBiH [Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, editor's note], i.e.'terrorism'," Adnan Beganović, Minister of Interior of the Canton of Una-Sana, told Klix.ba.
Further investigations into the detainee and his motive are ongoing. Further details on the motives have not yet been provided.
