At only 38 years old! MMA fighter and Demi Lovato's ex found dead
Los Angeles (USA) - The martial arts world is in mourning! The Brazilian mixed martial arts athlete Guilherme Vasconcelos died unexpectedly yesterday, Tuesday, at the age of just 38. He had become famous through his relationship with US singer and actress Demi Lovato (32).

Vasconcelos' uncle Walter confirmed the professional athlete's unexpected death on social media: "We were looking forward to his visit at Christmas. That won't happen now. Life is fleeting and we woke up to this devastating news. We are praying for you," the emotional post reads.
The exact circumstances are still completely unclear. According to consistent media reports, the 38-year-old is said to have been found dead in the US metropolis of Los Angeles, although this has not been officially confirmed.
The fighter from south-east Brazil fought in his first MMA fight in May 2006. In 2014, he joined the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) after demonstrating his skills on a reality show.
Guilherme Vasconcelos and Demi Lovato were lovers

After 15 years, the Belo Horizonte-born professional announced the end of his career in October 2021.
His name was probably not only familiar to martial arts fans - he had also attracted media attention because of his love affair with superstar Demi Lovato (32).
The two got together in 2016 and publicly flaunted their love on social media. But just one year later, they broke up for reasons that are still unknown.
Vasconcelos, who went by the nickname "Bomba" during his career as a fighter, leaves behind a one-year-old daughter, whom he has with model and influencer Kayla Lauren.
