Pamela Anderson shows herself almost without make-up: "There are no secrets"
Zurich (Switzerland) - Hollywood actress Pamela Anderson (57, "Baywatch") has accepted the "Golden Eye" award at the Film Festival in Zurich.

She has been written off by some, but her time is not over yet, she said in her acceptance speech: "Join me in this new chapter, there are no secrets."
Anderson was honored both for her varied career and for her role in the film "The Last Showgirl" by director Gia Coppola (37). Festival director Christian Jungen (51) called her "Oscar-worthy".
He spoke of the "comeback of the year". Anderson plays the dancer Shelley at the end of her career because her show in Las Vegas is canceled after more than 30 years. "When I read the script, I thought: That's me. No one else can play this role," said Anderson.
Anderson became a cult figure in the 90s as a lifeguard in the Baywatch series. She celebrated numerous relationships and divorces in public. Anderson now shows an "authentic vulnerability", according to the film festival.

As with many public appearances in the recent past, she appeared almost without make-up. She read her acceptance speech quietly from a piece of paper. The official name of the festival is "Zurich Film Festival" (ZFF), without the umlaut, after the English spelling of the Swiss city.
