Guy with a messy hairstyle gets a makeover: he looks completely different afterwards

Richmond (Virginia) - What a sight! Even the experienced hairdresser Thai Nguyen had to look twice at this customer. The guest was recently sitting in his salon in Richmond in the US state of Virginia. His tousled hair hung low in his eyes. When Nguyen asked him how he had found him, the final number was thirteen.

He had driven an extra two hours by car to have his hair styled by the well-known hairdresser, explained the bespectacled man - much to Nguyen's horror.

The hairdresser could hardly imagine how exactly his new "hardship case" wanted to have seen the road at all.

On the other hand, the young man was, of course, a real treat for the shrewd hairstylist. And so he ended up right in front of Nguyen's camera.

In the curious clip, which went viral on TikTok last week, he sits in the hairdresser's salon. Before they start, the men have a little chat.

Nguyen doesn't mince his words.

"I see we have a big problem: hair on our faces," he calls a spade a spade. But his guest goes one better: he wants to leave again soon, as he has to work that day and would otherwise get into trouble with his boss.

Nguyen puts this problem to one side for the time being in order to focus on the real issue: saving his hairstyle. In the end, he gives his customer a modern mullet - which is actually quite impressive.

The youngster also takes off his glasses for the camera so that you can finally see his face. And lo and behold: he is barely recognizable. Because a handsome, downright cool-looking man emerges.

In addition to the makeover, its documentation was also worthwhile. Within five days, the viral video had racked up around 260,000 clicks.

So this visit to the hairdresser really paid off.
