Pizza instead of panic! Pilot surprises with touching gesture after emergency landing!
Houston/USA - What this pilot did for his passengers was a truly touching gesture. With a delay of around seven hours, he spontaneously organized dinner for everyone on board!

On a flight from the US city of San Francisco to Houston, a plane had to make an unscheduled landing due to a medical emergency.
Tanya Stamos (44), a passenger, told Fox News Digital that the flight was originally due to arrive at its destination at around 7pm.
However, the plane was forced to make an emergency landing at around 3:30 p.m., with one traveler rescued from the plane by medical personnel.
"The pilot (...) told us that they would check the medical equipment and that we would probably take off again at 5 p.m.," said Stamos.
But shortly afterwards, the passengers were asked to leave the plane - initially without receiving an explanation. Only in the waiting lounge were they told that they would have to wait for a new crew.
After around seven hours, the aircraft was able to continue its flight

After hours of waiting, the airline provided all 150 passengers with meal vouchers worth 15 dollars (about 13.40 euros), but by this time most of the restaurants at the airport were already closed.
"The captain said it was a really daunting situation and we might be tired, but he would make sure he filled our bellies personally," Stamos continued. And sure enough, the pilot quickly ordered 30 pizzas for everyone!
"Most people wouldn't go to such lengths in a situation like this, but this captain didn't hesitate. His actions that evening represent what we should see much more often: selfless acts of love, compassion and humanity."
After the passengers had fortified themselves, the flight was finally able to continue. The new staff had arrived and the plane took off again at around 11 pm. Around three hours later, they landed safely at their destination airport.
As they disembarked, the pilot stood at the front of the plane to thank each passenger personally for their patience.
"When it was my turn to leave the plane, I shook his hand and thanked him. Everyone behind me did the same and shook his hand too. It was a beautiful sight," concluded Stamos.
