Just over a month has passed since the public announcement of his separation from the former competitive swimmer.

Since then, things seem to have been boiling in the Cologne native's soul on a daily basis. So much so that the father-of-two has taken an unusual step for him.

The 30-year-old is putting an end to Instagram for the time being! But not for long - he wants to put his phone to one side for two days and concentrate on himself. "I'm not feeling too well at the moment, so I'm going to put my phone away today and tomorrow," he explained in his Instagram story.

Ex-girlfriend Tanja, on the other hand, seems to have become very comfortable with the role of the abandoned woman. Despite the recurring panic attacks, the sister-in-law of former Bundesliga player Alessandro Schöpf (30) seems to be coping well with her situation.

In a spontaneously created "Girlstalk", she revealed shortly before the holiday that she was still undergoing psychological treatment. "I've been doing this for six or seven months now. It's the very best thing I could have done," the influencer revealed.

Meanwhile, Julian has not yet revealed an exact date for his mini comeback. However, his fans are likely to welcome the blonde with open arms.
