New York (USA) - US rapper Sean Combs alias P. Diddy (54) has barely reached an agreement in the rape trial with his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura (37) when the next lawsuit was filed yesterday (Thursday) - again for rape.

Singer Cassie Ventura (37, r.) reached an out-of-court settlement with her ex-boyfriend Sean Combs aka P. Diddy (57, l.) and now new allegations of rape have emerged.

R&B singer Cassie Ventura rowed back in court last week. After a long-term relationship that ended in 2018, she was able to reach an agreement with the rapper after all.

According to the New York Post newspaper, new allegations have now come from another woman who was on a date with Combs in 1991 and claims that he drugged her. The 54-year-old then allegedly sexually abused her and filmed the act.

Joi Dickerson-Neal was a student at Syracuse University in New York at the time. According to her, she was having dinner with Combs at Wells Restaurant in Harlem before the crime.

A spokesperson for P. Diddy denied the allegations to the New York Post and described the lawsuit as a "money grab". The rapper himself has not yet commented on the allegations.

The file contains allegations that the rapper administered drugs to Dickerson-Neal that lulled her into "a physical state in which she could neither stand nor walk on her own".

It goes on to describe how Combs drove his alleged victim to a music studio. She was "unable to get out of the car on her own" and was then taken to another location where the abuse took place.

According to Dickerson-Neal's lawsuit, she did not know about the recordings of the sexual assault.

It was only days later that she was made aware of it by a friend who is said to have seen the video.

"Everyone" around the young woman is said to have known about the sex tape. According to the court documents, Dickerson-Neals is also said to have been hospitalized with "severe depression and suicidal thoughts" as a result.

She is still struggling with her mental health today as a result of the sexual assault.
